We are in crossroads, figuring which way to go, what decision to take and what moves to make. Here in southeast part of Latvia, small town Ludza has a place that holds more everyday decisions and traffic than in some bigger cities. Main municipality institutions on every corner in these crossroads - town hall, police, culture house. Meeting point, playground, racetrack, observers nest - everything intersects here. Intersection.
